0165(2)(c) During the inspection visit, Licensor observed a cord for the ipad and the cord for the video monitor device to be accessible to children, capable of forming a loop. 0165(3)(c) During the inspection visit, Licensor observed parts of a chain link fence leaning against the gate, potentially falling and crushing a child.
